Greetings, and welcome to the Lost & Found Trading Post!
Please read the following information as by engaging in unofficially official TF Lost commerce, you are subject to said information. Buying, Selling & Trading on the Trading Post located on the TFLost website is subject to indisputable agreement of the following.
All information provided on merchandise by the seller/trader on the forum is no guarantee that information is factually correct. Sellers and traders are expected to be truthful in their descriptions of items.
Terms of shipping are to be either predetermined by the seller, agreed upon by the traders, or discussed by seller & buyer to complete the transaction. TFLost is not responsible, and unless shipping insurance is requested neither is the seller/trader, for items lost in transit, damaged in transit or otherwise affected during the shipping process. That's not to say shipping insurance is required, and we hope all parties involved in a transit mishap will act maturely to resolve the issue.
Terms/methods of payment are to be either predetermined by the seller or discussed by seller & buyer to complete the transaction. TFLost is not responsible for payment not received/sent.
Disputes are to be handled between the parties involved with the transactions. Agreed upon sales that are not finalized or otherwise result in incompleteness may result in access to the Trading Post being denied, but please do not expect the website to get involved. An unofficial recommendation would be to engage in commerce with established and trusted members of TFLost. Buy and trade at your own risk please.
TFLost cannot and likely will not accept any personal responsibility on behalf of the website for transactions gone awry. In the end, it's your deal, deal with it. As such, specifics availabe/provided on sales are assumed not necessarily complete by, non authoritative of nor legally binding on the part of TFLost and its staff.
Here, there are no interpretations except by the those that wrote the guidelines, no loopholes, no cases to be made. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final, so make sure you trust the nutcase dragging the fresh entrails before buying the ham sandwich. Seriously though, unless noted otherwise, or a deal post transaction is agreed upon, all sales/trades should be considered final.
Happy trading, enjoy your purchases, and try not to shove all that shaft up the buyer's tailpipe sellers.
My hand is love.
