About f'in time! Almost the whole of Forumup, including Forumup.com's main site, was down for the last few hours.
I just had a look around their support forums, and it appears that they've been "migrating servers" (maybe it's migrating servers that are causing bird flu, I dunno.. ). This week's latest excuse for a major SQL crash, methinks. Idiots. Anyways, once again, I f'in hate forumup, but we can't get the database off them to move it.

It has occurred to me, what if this place goes down and we've got no way of contacting all the members, say, if we have to give up on the Forumup hosting and escape elsewhere.
Covster, something that could perhaps be considered, a securely-held group email list that only you, Voo and Guardian have, in case of "emergency" sorta thing? I've also got my TFBeyond in stasis as a satellite board for that sort of situation, should it ever be needed (identical topic setup to this).

It's in "Maintenance Mode" until and unless needed. You can register, and I'll activate those of you that sign up (as it requires admin approval of all registrations at the moment - this is only while it's in maintenance mode). I'd only plan on taking it out of maintenance mode if this place goes paws-up completely, so that we're not all left wandering around in the internet fog like happened when the old TFL was killed off.
Feel free to bookmark Beyond and sign up. It may open up from time to time, like when Forumup feck around with their servers and stop us using Lost for extended periods as happened earlier. Once again, it's not an alternative to the current lost, it's a "what if", think of it as a lifeboat.

I noticed. Ta. Was I the only one that got the accursed "no connect to database multi" garbled error message about 10 minutes ago?
