That would be it. I'd buy two cop car models, chop one up and glue bits of crap in for the other parts of the robot mode (giving it a shitty face, of course). Then I'd make the car model as is but with some cut lines in kinda the right places so it looked like it transformed, and some crap underneath to suggest robot parts folded away. Paint it mostly white and call it 'Prowl'.
Then post pics of both and pass them off as the same thing in two modes.

No doubt some prick would claim they can see how it transforms. Rolling Eyes

Orc explicity remarked that they made BB more like his insect namesake since they didn't have the Beetle anymore. Hollywood logic for you, how wonderful. Also, it's funny, but he hinted that it wasn't VW vetoing any involvement with "war machines"..and even said they wanted BB to be "cool". Makes you wonder if he was always going to be a badass car to fit Bay's macho film style.

the body looks like a cross between a gobot and a very badly done kitbash of trailbreaker.

the head looks unfinished. far too insect like for my liking, but i think that is the theme of all these movie 'cons.
