You know what is odd? Even though his toy is shit, I selected Dreadwing and with a better head he'd make a solid movie Starscream. He has the cockpit chest, big wings, tall shoulder vents, and his arms and overall proportions are fairly slim. His legs are a bit like Gorillascream's but not as exaggerated. Very odd. I think there's a slim chance this design might actually BE Starscream..
