I think Simon Furman needs someone to co-write. he's running out of new ideas and new ways to do the same ol' thing. he needs someone from the tv or movie industry, somebody outside of the comic book world.

On the Furman thing, I'm a lifelong fan of the mans work. His work on the UK comic with things like Target 2006 onwards was phenomenal and I will always love him for it, but I didn't dig the route he took with Infiltration - although, in my humble opinion, they could have made a nice Alternators comic out of it.
