Humans:

Keller U.S. Secretary of State - Jon Voight
Chief Warrant officer Figueroa - Michael Clarke Duncan

General info:
* It is supposedly loosely based on G1...except when that's inconvenient for public statements to the fandom...
* It is set in the present day
* "The Energon Cube" will be making an appearance, even if not in name.
* LaBeouf will play Spike Witwicky, an 18-year-old on the lookout for his first car. When he buys one, he discovers it is actually an Autobot.
* Spike shall have a pet Chihuahua dog named Mojo.
* Human soldiers will ally with the Autobots. (D)
* Humans will have a high amount of focus (D)
* The setting is the American southwest
* The rating will be PG or PG-13. (D)
* At least one Autobot has been on Earth since the 70's. (D)
* The budget will be around $150M.
* Mass shifting will now supposedly have no part in the film.
* Arcee, who would have been a motorcycle, was first reduced in role for the story due to anti-Fembot fans, and later to that has been cut entirely from the film.
* "Bumblebee" will be mute for the majority of the film, possibly all.
* Despite claims of those working on the film, all shoot images fall in line with content from the February script that supposedly is not in effect majorly any longer.
* At least some Cybertronians will land on Earth via comet-like "Entry Mode" forms.
* Upon entry the nano-machine structure of the Transformers can/will change entirely & instantly, reconfiguring the robot with a completely different form. Very magic like.
* "nelson" (also known by the screenname "michaelbay.com" at TFLive) is not the authority on anything other than exactly what Michael Bay tells him over the phone. Duly note that much.
* Despite what they tell you, you have seen quite a bit.

From what i was told from furman himself at the Auto Assembly convention this year. According to what he said wordfor word he is not involved with the script but hes involved in working with things that are involved with the moie and Scorponok is in the film but not as designed as we remember him to be. But thats all i know so far. Smile

If it was, then that would be one episode of the Colbert Report that I would shoot myself for missing! You never know, Maybe if we alert Mr.Colbert (our lord and master) about how Bay is butchering an American icon, he'll put him on notice. Laughing

Just to update on the sticky...
<hr>
*Script consultant: Simon Furman (D)
Furman DENIED that he was involved with the script, when asked at Auto Assembly 2006.
<hr>
* Autobots at least have been on Earth since prehistoric or biblical times. (D)
If that leaked near-shooting script was anything to go by, and given what we've now seen in the "pre-earth" toys, the Autobots only arrive in the present day, though at least one of the Deturdicons has been here since the late 19th Century/Early 20th Century or thereabouts.

Given his initial choice of alt-mode, the 1970's, during the era of big hair, bigger flares, and Starsky and Hutch. Either way, however long Buttuglybee has been here, the rest of the Bots in that script hadn't been here before.

I think I'll have to pass. The Report tends to focus more on the satire in politics, and could regard our "issues" with Bay's effort in addition to Murphy's mouth in a silly light, no matter the serious pile of shit we're being dealt.

Besides, the simple fact that image exists shows someone likely already thought of it. Wink

Updated a bit. Also, any well worded points for the last "General info:" section would be appreciated.

The 'Energon Cube' is now the 'Allspork'.

Oh, and that bird playing Spike's pal - you missed her off the list of humans.

Anti fembots fans? Confused Wow... I see now that this movie will be a total sausage feast. Seeing how Decepticons act, due to the fact of no females. I wouldn't want to be around when that happens to Autobots as well. We would acturally see Optimus Prime pulling megatrons' optics out with his bare hands. Shocked

Ironhide: Wow I never thought Prime had that in him.

Starscream: Well he now understands the frustrations we Decepticons lived with for over millions of years.

Jazz: Who knew Poontang was so powrful?

Soundwave: It's more powerful than you think.

Rumble: It can give us over ten energon cubes.

*everyone* Ooohhhhhh.

Laughing
